COMcheck is a software program that allows users to determine if new commercial or high-rise residential buildings (including additions and alterations) meet different energy code requirements, including IECC (International Energy Conservation Code), ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers), and applicable state codes.
